After trekking across multiple states {stay tuned for Colorado week next week!} we stopped in the amazing college town of Fort Collins, Colorado. My parents sampled craft beer @ Odell and we ate at Austin's in downtown Fort Collins. Then there was a stop at Mary's Mountain Cookies for Snoopys.

Mary's Mountain Cookies were fabulous, I had a Snoopy {chocolate chip cookie half dunked in chocolate} and my dad had a Charlie Brown {peanut butter cookie half dunked in chocolate}.
Can we just talk about northern grass for a second? Don't get me wrong my St. Augustine grass at home is nice, but not this nice.
